How to request the deletion of your account
From the app or your online account
Sign in, open your profile, then the Account deletion section. The request takes effect immediately: your access is revoked and your devices stop receiving notifications.
If you no longer have access to your account
Write to info@waso.io from the email address linked to your account, using the subject Account deletion.
What happens next
As soon as your request is recorded, your account is disabled, your access rights are removed and your devices are unregistered from notifications.
Permanent erasure runs automatically within minutes. It deletes your authentication identity together with your stored personal contact details, namely your email address and phone number. Your email address is released: you can reuse it to create a new account.
What is kept, and why
Deleting your account does not remove your status as a co-owner.
If you still own a unit in a commonhold managed through our applications, your convocation address is kept and attached to that unit. This is a legal obligation: the property manager must be able to convene you to general assemblies, and that convocation cannot depend on the existence of a user account.
This retention lasts for as long as you remain the owner of the unit. It ends once you are no longer attached to it.
The commonhold records themselves, minutes and assembly decisions, fall under the property manager’s legal obligations and are not affected by the deletion of an account.
